Kindness, good rooms with balcony, cleanliness, beautiful nature, peace, good food, good wine, good connections with the city with free hotel bus shoutle. Value for money is excellent.. My wife and me looked for any mistake in the hotel but we culd not found. Outstanding. We recommend this hotel to eweryone.
This is a very nice well organized hotel that seems to be ideal for either business or vacation. The rooms are large and well decorated, with a large work area (internet was free), small terrace/balcony. The bed was comfortable. The general facilities of the hotel also seem quite nice (large outdoor area with many tables, nice pool area). Breakfast was very good and included fresh orange juice (and a wide variety of hot and cold items). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
This is a fantastic hotel and I would throughly recommend. The shuttle bus service is excellent and the pool and other amenities first class.
Drinks and snacks are overpriced but Rome has become very expensive.
The free shuttle which ran every hour or sometimes every half hour to the city and back. The swimming pool, the gym, and the sauna where quite useful, although one would be thinking to spend more time in the city than the hotel. But if you have children they can become quite useful. The breakfast is good, although you must have it earlier if you prefer it fresher.
The restaurant food wasn't impressive and quite expensive. The fact is the food in the city is disappointingly rubbish and expensive too. The bar is also quite expensive. The hotel does provide Euro if you are short, but the rate is unfortunately quite expensive. You would be better of either using your credit card or take more cash with you. The problem with Italy is that you can't use your credit card as easy as we do in UK. There is also the problem with the shuttle bus, it seems to be full in peak times. So you're better off to organize yourself and plan everything in advance, so you can book your seat early.
A Japanese staff was present.
I liked 2 things the most, the breakfast was excellent and the bus service was also very helpful.
The attitude of the room service's people.
Very good context a real "value for money"
very nice, clean hotel, quiet location, shuttle bus excellent, wonderful swimmingpool, good breakfast, very pleasant stay
Good services and friendly behaviour of the hotel staff. Excellent idea with the courtesy bus with hourly programme for all the day, between hotel and one of most interesting places of Rome: Saint Peter Plazza - Vatican.
Nice confortable room, nice view, good breakfast, clean swimming pool, free shuttle bus to the center of Rome
Hotel in a quiet area, very good breakfast, reliable courtesy bus service to city centre, lovely pool
Very difficult to find if you are driving. If you do not have a car can be difficult as there are no local shops within walking distance. You are totally dependant on shuttle service if you don't have your own car
The Hotel is located in Pamphili garden, fresh and quiet. The pool is excellent as size and cleaning, and room are not luxury but confortable. The position is far from any pubblic trasportation. There is a shuttle service from the hotel with a 3€ tiket each person one way, but no more service after 22:00, so rent a car is recomanded.
The 3 € tiket/person/one way for hotel shuttle trasportation. It should be free. Some shuttle should run in the night.
The pool is big - you can really swim in there. The Lounge Bar/Coffe Area is very nice and we enjoyed it a lot! The view on the green pines and the park is nice. Although the shuttle bus only runs once in an hour I can recommend the hotel - it's perfect to swim in the pool after a long and hot day in Rome. The toilets and showers at the pool are very clean and very stylish. Every room has a balcony and the buffet breakfast is good and various.
The pool closes already at 19:30 - no possiblity to have a swim if you return late from Rome. It would be nice to have the pool open until 20:30 or 21:00. The hotel management should think about offering some refreshments/ice cream at the pool. The two persons in charge for giving out towels at the pool would have enough capacity to sell ice cream or some soft drinks. People would by this for sure, if the prices are moderate. The prices at the restaurant and at the bar/café are too high - e.g. Mineral water for 4 Euro! Shuttle bus to Metro only once per hour (max. 26 persons). Hotel should give out numbers in order to avoid quarreling of people when bus is overcrowded.
very nice rooms , excellent breakfast and lovely pool area.staff very friendly and helpful.two minor complaints, it's a very difficult place to access by public transport therefore making you very reliant on taxis ie.expensive and the rooms we
no real complaints apart from the distance from the city and it's lack of service by public transport in it's locality.too much reliance on taxis to get back there at night.service was excellent and staff were very friendly.
The hotel was very clean and the free shuttle to the City was great. Would go back again.
All the staff was very friendly except for the bar man, When we asked him for a drink you would have thought we were asking him to give away his first born. Not the type of person I would have working for me.
